Josh Plave is the founder of Wall to Main and a full-time multifamily investor. Investing with his family, they hold a portfolio of over 700 units across three markets.
Josh's experience in retirement accounts began at 16, when he opened his first Roth IRA and began trading equities.
Since then, after the unfortunate passing of his grandfather and mother, he was left with multiple Inherited IRAs. Through careful research and structuring, Josh has been able to further the legacy of prior generations and accelerate the growth of his family's capital.
This experience led to the creation of Wall to Main, where the lessons learned and opportunities found are meant to be shared, free of cost, for those who seek to preserve and grow their wealth for a prosperous future.
Josh is a regular on the podcasting circuit, where he shares his story, in addition to the little tips and tricks that are invaluable to investors when choosing invest in multifamily with their retirement accounts.
Mark is a seasoned real estate investor, coach, two-time best-selling author, and founder of Think Multifamily. Mark started his Apartment Investing career over 20 years ago as a side hustle, while working 70-80 hour work weeks in the corporate world. In the past few years, he has purchased over 6,500 units across the U.S.
Mark provides exceptional value to investors and the community through his extensive experience in property valuation, acquisition, and operations.

Julie Lam, co-founder and CEO of Goodegg Investments, has been investing in real estate since 2009. During that time, she has focused mostly on buy-and-hold rentals, private lending, passive investing through real estate syndications, and active multifamily investing. She has focused on implementing strategic methods to grow her wealth using various alternative investment strategies that have allowed her to leverage money and time so that she can spend more time with her 3 children.

Annie Dickerson, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Goodegg Investments, has invested in multifamily real estate since 2008. Her current portfolio spans multiple markets around the country and includes both active and passive investments. Annie specializes in strategic brand initiatives, investor education, and marketing.
Annie is a co-creator of the online courses Real Estate Accelerator and Passive Real Estate Investor Academy, co-host of the Investing For Good podcast, and co-author of the book Investing For Good: How To Build Wealth While Also Making An Impact. Annie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and currently lives in Oakland, CA, with her husband and two boys.
